Sounds familiar?
You stare at XAU/USD all day and end up taking the worst entry of the day.
You don't know which session to trade, so you half-trade all of them.
You miss the real move because you stepped away for a minute.
How we solve it
08:00 — 8AM London Model
Overnight range, DXY and the calendar decide the first setup.
12:00 — 12PM Macro Model
Midday check on macro, yields and event risk for a second window.
15:00 — NY Model
US data and the open give the third window with real liquidity.

What the three windows run on
Straight from the group
I don't have to guess all day anymore. At 08:00, 12:00 and 15:00 I know where to look.
The midday update helps a lot. Sometimes I skip the 15:00 window because the macro isn't right.
Three windows sounds like a lot, but it's actually calm. I live my life in between.

About the three windows
What do you trade?
XAU/USD only. No other pairs, no crypto, no indices.
Why 08:00, 12:00 and 15:00?
08:00 is the London open with the overnight range complete, 12:00 is the macro check on yields and event risk, 15:00 is the US open with the most liquidity.
Do I have to take all three windows?
No. Many people only take 08:00 or only 15:00. The point is you know when you need to be at the chart.
Is there a setup every window?
No. If the data doesn't fit the model, we send 'no setup'. A fixed time doesn't mean a trade every time.
Does it cost money?
No. The three windows are free in the Telegram group.
